May 8th -12th

 Hi Room 4 Families,

Just a short message this week as Ms. Percy was away for part of the week. 

We continued our learning of the Water Cycle this week. We also discussed and watched learning videos that explained the different types of clouds, forms of precipitation and the weather. 

In literacy, we split into our groups and worked on our targeted skills. We continue to do the same thing during numeracy. However, Bingo and Heads Up, 7-Up (money edition) are the preferred math games that we play as a whole group. 

We did not get to the Public Library this week. However, we will definitely go on Monday to exchange our library books and spend some more time exploring the resources that the Southwood Library has to offer. Additionally, we will be participating in further land-based learning tasks and getting outside to enjoy nature. 

We worked very hard on our Mother's Day gift and card. We hope you love it!
